Bag training is the way to burn a lot of calories fast and get your body in top shape. By working with punches and various kicks you train your whole body at once, arms, legs and core, and improve your endurance significantly.

You work in short, powerful rounds on the punching bag and focus mitts, to music and in a friendly atmosphere. Before you know it the session is over. And the best part: you set the pace yourself, so it stays challenging for every level.

Good to know

Do I need experience?
No. You set the intensity yourself, so bag training suits every level. We calmly explain the technique of punching and kicking.
Can I train in a duo or small group?
Yes. In a small group of up to ten people you can also do a kickboxing or boxing session, working combinations on the mitts and shin guards with a training buddy.
What do I need?
Sportswear and good shoes. You can borrow boxing gloves and wraps from us until you have your own set.
How long is a session?
A session lasts 60 minutes: short, intense rounds on the bag and focus mitts, alternated with strength exercises.
